剛在pixnet首頁看到iPod廣告，
瞬間想起The Caesars(凱撒大帝)這個瑞典的indie rock樂團，
以及這首讓他們紅遍全球的Jerk It Out～
ipod當初一系列的廣告都令人印象深刻，音樂也都很好聽，
我們先來回味一下iPod shuffle這支廣告吧！

● 關於The Caesars：
The Caesars團員的家鄉是瑞典，在當地用的是Caesars Palace這個團名，
但在北歐其他國家，他們又叫做Twelve Caesars，
之後才又以The Caesars的名字進軍北歐之外的市場，
如同一般歐洲樂團成名的模式，先打入英國，接著拿下美國市場，
由美國這個影響力中心發展全球版圖....
一個團搞出這麼多名字，還真是複雜啊，幸好都有個Caesars，不會太難記。
而The Caesars最為人所熟知的這首Jerk It Out，最初收錄在2002年的Love For The Streets 專輯，
以Caesars Palace之名；
2003年又收錄在以The Caesars之名發行的39 Minutes of Bliss (In an Otherwise Meaningless World)，
單曲則分別在2006、2007年各發行過一次。
這首歌除了iPod廣告之外，也出現在許多電玩遊戲中，
例如SSX3、FIFA Football 2004 (=FIFA Soccer 2004)，
PS2的 LMA Manager 2005，
以及現在很紅的跳舞機遊戲Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova (勁舞革命超新星)，
可說是遊戲族的好朋友啊！
喔，說到跳舞機，
我覺得這東西的發明，對於音樂的推廣也挺有貢獻的，
讓新世代的小朋友們從遊戲中認識不少不同年代的歌曲 (雖然也很多芭樂歌啦)，
像Harmony身邊就有國小的妹妹曾經哼著Bee Gees的Stayin' Alive，嚇了我一跳～ XD
不過這種感覺還挺開心的就是了。
The Caesars最新專輯Strawberry Weed今年三月剛發行，24首歌的雙CD，
但目前似乎只有在北歐地區發行而已。
喔，順帶一提，Caesar的發音不要念錯喔！

大家以為我放棄寫六呎風雲(Six Feet Under)了嗎？
哈哈，沒有耶，接下來還有幾首歌要介紹.........
其實原本要寫The Caesars被收錄在原聲帶的這首"(Don’t Fear) The Reaper"，
但仔細一查，發現影集播出時其實用的是原唱Blue Öyster Cult的版本，
Harmony猜想應該是版權問題談不攏，原聲帶才改收The Caesars的版本吧？
只不過如此一來，以六呎風雲系列來介紹這首歌就有點尷尬了......
而此時，正好看到iPod廣告，覺得一切都是命中注定(?)，
於是決定從Jerk it out切入， 這首(Don’t Fear) The Reaper就當作贈品囉！

● Bonus #2 - Blue Öyster Cult - (Don’t Fear) The Reaper
再附贈這首歌的原唱，也就是劇中採用的版本，
1976年美國老牌樂團Blue Öyster Cult演唱，當年排行榜最高名次是第12名，
這也是許多電視影集很喜歡拿來當作配樂的歌～
這首歌在六呎風雲中是出現在第二季第八集 (Episode 21)
- It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year，片中和片尾都各出現一次。
這段影片是劇末主角Nate參加完葬禮後，接獲死者Jessie的摩托車鑰匙，
騎車沿著海岸離去，一直到演職員表打完。
話說，這影集每一集的ending其實都很棒，用的音樂和場景也都很搭。
而這集在這整個五季中，也是許多人心目中最精彩的前幾名....
